We can respond to mass production prototypes of aluminum castings using gravity (aluminum die casting) at a low cost and with a short delivery time.
Features of Gravity - Smooth surface finish - High precision - Low tendency for defects It is possible to manufacture molds for small-scale production at a low cost and with a short lead time, and we are conducting prototyping (small-scale production) using these molds. Generally, aluminum castings produced in mass production molds are prototyped using sand casting methods due to the low initial costs and short lead times for small quantities. However, sand casting methods have a slow cooling rate, making it easy for defects (pinholes) to occur, which can complicate proper product evaluation during prototyping. *Please refer to the PDF for details.
